1. Legal Framework

Services provided via primetranslate.net consist of personalized content tailored to the client's specific requirements. Pursuant to Article 15/1-b of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services prepared according to consumer's personal needs.[13, 14] In international transactions, these services are managed by Ironsys Information Technology Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság.

2. Order Cancellations

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 1 hour of order confirmation are eligible for a full refund, provided that no linguist has been assigned.[4, 6]
• Partial Refund: If the translation process has commenced but is not yet complete, a prorated refund may be issued based on the completed word count and administrative costs.[6, 9]
• Interpretation Services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% fee; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.[9, 7]

3. Quality Guarantee & Revisions

Clients are entitled to free revisions within 14 days of delivery if objective linguistic errors (e.g., mistranslations, grammatical errors, omissions) are identified.[15, 16] Refunds are only considered if the quality concerns cannot be rectified through multiple revision cycles and the document remains unusable for its intended purpose.[6, 8]

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following expenses paid to third-party authorities are non-refundable: Notarization fees, government taxes, apostille charges, and shipping/courier costs already incurred.[9, 8, 10]
